Intervention Group
Intervention Group was founded in 2012, primarily as an industrial relations training provider.
Over time our focus shifted towards providing expert dispute resolution services as well as industrial relations support and guidance to small business.
The founder of the business is David Morgan. David is an admitted Attorney with almost twenty years’ experience in the fields of labour law and industrial relations. He holds the degrees of Bachelor of Commerce, Bachelor of Laws and Master of Laws. He is an accredited commercial mediator and has twice been appointed as an Acting Judge of the Labour Court.
In addition, David has more than ten years lecturing experience.

We specialise in training, consulting and dispute resolution.
Training
Training is the cornerstone on which our business was founded and we like nothing more than sharing our vast practical knowledge on a wide array of topics.
We present public seminars on a wide range of topics including managing discipline in the workplace, preparing for conciliation and arbitration as well as labour law updates.
Consulting
If you just need a bit of advice we will be glad to assist – whether this is on an ad hoc basis or a retainer agreement such as our IR on call service.
We can advise on policy development and implementation, disciplinary and performance issues, retrenchment processes as well as any industrial relations issue.
Dispute resolution
We can assist with the implementation of alternative dispute resolution (ADR) at any level of your business.
We will gladly facilitate grievance processes or if required, provide a trained and accredited mediator to assist. We can also provide experienced and independent chairpersons to facilitate disciplinary enquiries.
In the event that you are facing a CCMA or Bargaining Council process we can guide through every step of the way.
We also facilitate private arbitrations.
